New Promo: Glasi feat. Natalie Major „Age of 27“

Glasi is back with his new single “Age of 27”! The catchy song combines emotional vocals with smooth synths and danceable beats. “Age of 27” starts spherically and is initially carried by the soulful singing of Natalie Major. The song continues to build dynamics to erupt in a strong drop, which is characterized by phat beats and mysterious whistle parts.

In terms of lyrics, the DJ and producer from near Stuttgart deals with the much too early demise of well-known musicians, especially the “Forever 27 Club“ which includes Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse. The lyric concept or storyboard was again written by Glasi’s father and adapted accordingly by singer Natalie and Glasi.

Glasi sticks to his “rough edges” and also adds some “gimmicks”, such as a hi-hat that seems to break the beat, or the slightly dissonant but present arranged whistles, which ultimately fit harmoniously into the song. The track fits in the club and on every playlist…

Glasi builds on the creative output of 2021, in which he had 8 releases with a total of almost half a million streams on various portals. “Age of 27” is already single number 6 for 2022. With his unique tracks, Glasi has earned a good reputation in the international DJ and producer scene and is ready to expand. A remix of the song by Klaas was released a week before the release of the original version, namely on April 15th, 2022. After the release of the original version, three more singles will be released in the following three weeks, each on a Friday.
