Glasi „Something Real – get on the floor

Driving beats, mystical synths and first-class vocals that vary between thoughtful and optimistic. With ‘Something Real’ Glasi is releasing a 124-BPM Slap House / EDM track that works both in the club and on playlist. The attitude of the song is modern and extroverted, the sound has a nuance of ‘The Weeknd – Blinding Lights’. Nevertheless, the track is unique and completely ‘Glasi’. The DJ and producer from near Stuttgart/Germany incorporated his significant style into the single, but reached new shores in songwriting and production, so that ‘Something Real’ also promises success from a commercial point of view.

The track also has a nice backstory: Daniel Glasbrenner had an interesting conversation with his father (over 60), who is himself a big music fan of various genres and has already written lyrics. The conversation was the starting point for a father/son production. Daddy Glasbrenner, who used to be more into Rock and Metal, provided his son with the textual framework for this Slap House/EDM Track, which was refined by a befriended songwriter and singer. This is how ‘Something Real’ came about.

Glasi was already able to convince with his debut single ‘Sweetest Tempations’ and reached over 400k listeners on various platforms within 3 months. With his two follow-up singles ‘Chasing Paradise’ and ‘Ridin’ he was able to expand his standing and is ready for the next step into music biz with ‘Something Real’.
